Learn NLP - Introduction

    This introductory course will enable you to discover the power of NLP. Learn how to let go of unwanted habits or stress allowing you to design effective strategies for yourself. When you know you can use the processes with yourself, you’ll grasp how you can influence others too. Julie will demonstrate some of the processes during the training so you can see, hear and feel what it is like to work with the NLP Tools of applied psychology and discover the benefits.

  • Prior to the training, I will send you a brief questionnaire with regard to any challenges or unfulfilled goals you may have because I want to make it as practical as possible for each participant (All confidential, of course). The training will be interactive so bring a wide open mind, lots of curiosity and even some scepticism. There are a variety of tools, and not everything is for everyone, so you get to decide what works for you and what will be most useful for you and your life or work.

    As we have a week between each meeting, you’ll have an opportunity to experiment with what you have learned that day during the week and feedback the results to the group. This way, shared learning expands your thinking and is even more relevant.

    I will email you the slides and scripts we use after each day, so only take the notes you want to. That said, I suggest you have a notebook to record any light bulbs and new information, as in my experience, it may slip your mind because something else comes up. Whereas, when you jot it down immediately, you can review it later and even share it with the group. Again up to you.
