Hi, this is Julie Silfverberg here of Success Partners. Today’s video is about, when you are faced with a challenge. What are the kind of question you’re inclined to ask yourself, are they the sort of questions that are the most useful for you?
What I suggest you do with this video is: Think of a problem or a challenge you have and listen to me as I ask you two different sets of questions. I’ll ask you one set of questions and when I’m through with that, just notice how you feel about your challenge or your problem. Then I’ll ask you the second set of questions and notice how you feel after that set.
Okay, are you ready? Think about a challenge or a problem that’s facing you right now, so that you make it useful for yourself. So here are the questions:
Now again an alternative set of questions and just again, think of your challenge or your problem and start afresh.

- What’s the first step?
