How does a Skype Coaching Session differ from face to face?
The short answer is it doesn't. In fact you are still face to face especially when working over video, the only difference is you can be in any country in the world in the comfort of your own home, your office or a hotel room. This gives you great freedom.
The coaching process is still the same and you will get the same handouts - as appropriate - as you would if you were in the same room.
