IN TRANSITION?
Most of the time, you don't notice all the choices and decisions you make, because usually the transitions are gradual and don't rock your boat.
However, sometimes you really do notice the transitions because they are significant, sudden or outside your control. So change often pushes your buttons, and you feel uncomfortable or uncertain. With the result, you experience a lack of confidence in knowing; 'everything will be all right in the end'.
So what can you do? One of the things you can do is; think back to a time where you were in transition and came through it successfully...in the end. Notice how you felt when you had successfully come through. Notice the time scale, because when you look back, the change may have taken a shorter time than you had thought back then. Ask yourself how did you get through it, what did you do, think, believe, that enabled you to pull through. Remember, life is always in transition.
Furthermore, you can consider all the possibilities or opportunities this point in time offers you. For some people, if you are feeling uncomfortable, it can be challenging to notice that, in fact, there are a range of possibilities. Then depending on which one you choose an alternative outcome could result.
What can you do now? If you are in transition and want to discuss how coaching can support you, give Julie a call & set up a complimentary call. Although you might just decide to meet and get on with it.
