Written by Julie Silfverberg ![]() Olympic rings London The Olympics is a festival of excellence, achievement, focus, a lot of work, pride and frequently overcoming adversity. That's why so many people watch them. With any kind of racing there is always the preparation phase just before the off, where the athlete gets ready, steadies and then with a burst of pent up energy goes. At the end of the race there is of course the result you know where you came first, second, third or..... . What happens then? Regardless of the result. Time is spent examining what really worked, what can be changed, improved, developed and ditched....is game changing. Because then and only then will development occur.
Just imagine starting each day like that. Imagine using a process to set yourself up for a successful, fulfilling day ahead. Developing pent up energy or motivation and then releasing it to burst into the day with enthusiasm. Having a great day. And finally at the end of the day reviewing your situation. How do you think that would work for you? Interesting? Suggestion alert! For the next month experiment with: Ready---Steady---Go
Have fun and enjoy. |
