- Are you struggling, surviving or flourishing...and which do you really want?
- Would you be interesed to know that you have the ability to turn up the volume on your motivation?

How the workshop is structured
The focus of the workshop is on learning, experimentation & experiencing how flexible you can become. There will be some presentations where you will learn about some of the theory of motivation. You will have some written exercises to support you in becoming more conscious of how you do what you do. You will be shown processes and thought experiments where you have the opportunity to experience your own power to adjust your motivation levels.
Just imagine:
If you were able to change your motivation at will. Image if you were able to pop out of bed feeling fresh and up for the day ready to give it your best....every day....in all contexts. Imagine having just the right amout of motivation to perform at your best at work, or in your relationships, or in relation to your health and lifestyle choices, weight management, or any area you choose. That would be useful, wouldn't it.
If you are curious about how you can do this sign up for this workshop & bring your friends, colleagues, team mates along too, for a day of exploration and experimentation and even some fun.
