What will you learn in the workshop?

You will discover many of the myths encouraged by the tobacco industry are just myths.

Some of the myths they use:

  • You believed it was addictive, so why would you use patches! 
  • It’s hard to stop, difficult or unpleasant.
  • You would lose your friends.
  • You couldn’t cope in social or stressful situations.
  • You won’t know what to do with your hands.
  • Or any other excuse you learned and used to use to not decide to stop and be free.

Why you can free yourself and become a non-smoker more easily than you think?

 

There is a lot you know, like it is a poison, you probably know that already. You also probably know all the negative health effects accompanying smoking, so no need to say it all again. You’ll only skip over it anyway.

During the workshop you will learn about the nicotine trick. You will understand how you can get out from under the control the cigarettes have had over you.

We will do some exercises to so that you can change your thinking, a bit like upgrading a computer program because the old one was out of date. So that when we are finished the whole idea of smoking will seem like an old memory of something you used to do but now seems to make no sense at all.

You will learn some techniques so you can stop any cravings almost before they start.

You will discover how to relax at will so you will feel more comfortable and confident in any setting.

We will address any of the questions people usually ask.

Use the Reinforcing CD

Finally I will give you a CD to take away to listen to for a minimum of 28 days after our workshop to cement in the change you’ve decided to make.

You’ll also receive some information on the health improvements that will begin within 20 minutes of your becoming a non-smoker.

If at the end of this you want to go back to smoking you can – but chances are once you taste freedom, you’ll never go back to the taste of cigarettes again because it really is a breath of fresh air.
