In Transition?

Life is constantly in transition. Most of the time you don't notice because the transitions are gradual and don't rock your boat. However sometimes you really do notice the transitions because they are big, or sudden and often they push your buttons so that you feel uncomfortable, uncertain and perhaps lack the confidence to know everything will be all right in the end.

So what can you do? One of the things you can do is; think back to a time where you were in transition and came through it successfully in the end. Notice how you felt when you had successfully come through. Notice the time scale, because when you look back the change may have taken a shorter time than you had thought at the time. Ask yourself how did you get through it, what did you do, think, believe that enabled you to pull through.

Another thing you can do is consider all the possibilities or opportunities this point in time offers you. For some people if they are feeling uncomfortable it can be challenging to notice that, in fact, there are a range of possibilities. Then depending on which one they choose an alternative outcome could result.
