Julie_smileSuccess Partners was founded in 2003 by Julie Silfverberg. Success Partners’ goal is to make change easier for you so you can succeed. Whether it is change in your life, your career, your business, health & wellbeing, work relationships, or financial wellbeing. When people choose to work with Julie and Success Partners change happens more easily than many people imagine possible. Whether you want to develop your ability to communicate, build relationships, manage your emotional state, influence others and yourself, or increase your optimism and happiness Success Partners has a way to support you.

Julie has been coaching, training and working with NLP, Coaching and Hypnosis for the last 16 years. This has enabled her to successfully own & run her businesses located both in Ireland and abroad. She has coached and trained in a range of settings; from start up sole traders to blue chip companies and with individuals from creating happiness to working with ambitious CEOs.

She finds it exciting to enable others develop their skills and then notice how they use the skills to influence other people – just like dropping a stone into water, the ripples and reverberations go on and on.

About Julie’s Journey

As you know Julie has been fascinated by what makes people tick for as long as she can remember. It was sparked while still in school when she came across existentialist teaching and thought “Yes, this makes sense.” When many years later in the early 1990s she discovered NLP the same thought sprang to mind along with “This is what I have been looking for.”

She has been exploring what makes some people excellent at achieving the results they want, while other people are moderately successful and still others….well, they don’t seem to have much success – yet. Her curiosity piqued she began researching & studying the methodologies, theory and results of a range of change, success and happiness technologies to experiment with the results for herself. And not only that,  having experimented and recognised the tools which make achieving the desired results easier and more effortless decided to enable others create the results they want for themselves too.

She has been continuing on the quest ever since studying, reading and exploring the field of human potential, development and excellence. As a result she has accumulated a range of qualifications and tools to support your development and your limitless potential if that is what you want.
